This video is the first in this series where I touch upon the Three Principles (also called Inside-Out Understanding) and do my best to explain -in just a few minutes- the NATURE of Thought and why understanding what fears are MADE OF has the potential of freeing you from…any fears.

Why? Because what I’m going to share with you in this video might sound like something you might have heard before, like the law of attraction… But I can assure you that it’s not.

In the coming videos I’ll be talking more about the Inside-Out Understanding and how it has the potential of leaving you fearless. (Sounds impossible yet in future videos I’ll share how a powerful insight enabled me to “lose” 95% of my fears.

Hey! Caroline Frenette here of and welcome to Day 5 of my video challenge.

For the next 30 days, I’m going to be sharing with you tips and tools on how you can wake up your inner CEO and I’m going to be talking about the insight and understanding which is all about awakening and unleashing your full potential so that you can create amazing results in your business.

Today, I want to dive a little bit deeper into something that we quickly looked at yesterday in Day 4 which was the fear of visibility and I want to talk about what fears are made of.

Understanding how fears are created is going to be really helpful in your business so that you can… free yourself!

Fears are created from your thoughts. You probably already know that, right?

But here’s the thing, why do people buy into their fears? Why did he think that fears are real? Why do people make decisions based on fears or fearful state of mind? If we, as human beings, truly understood that fears are created by our thinking, then we wouldn’t buy into the fears, right?

Fear is false evidence appearing as real. Now, that’s interesting and yet in our everyday life we buy into our fears and we act and make decisions from a fearful state of mind.

So, let’s dive a little deeper into the understanding that fears are created by thoughts. Here’s where it really gets sticky and where fears look really real is that we feel it. We feel our fears like we can see the pattern of thought. Sometimes, we can pinpoint, “That’s a crazy thought, right? That’s a wild crazy fearful thought.” Sometimes we can see that and it gets the fear out of it because we can see that strange thing that I’m saying, repeating, or believing. But, most of the time, that’s not what happens.

Most of the time, we get caught up in our fears because of how it feels. We think that our feelings are real.

Feelings are created by our own thinking. 100% of how you feel is created by your thinking.

Another interesting thing, a client of mine the other day said, “What comes first, the thought or the feeling?” I’m going to say that the first thing that comes is the thought.

I know that most likely you’ve heard all kinds of different things especially if you’ve been in the spiritual and personal growth field for long enough. You have been taught differently. You’ve been taught to pay attention to how you feel. You’ve been taught to follow how you feel. And I would like you to consider something a little different…

If how you feel is 100% created by your thoughts, which means that how you feel has nothing to do with the outside and has nothing to do with your circumstance, situation, or other people; in fact your experience of the outside world is 100% created from your thoughts and your thoughts create how you feel, but then at some point it gets looking really real that it becomes an ongoing fear, pattern, or belief.

What I’m proposing, and that is my invitation for you today, is to pay attention and decipher when you start to feel something. Maybe it’s a fear, anxiety, or stress. Can you pinpoint the thought? This is just a quick exercise. I don’t want you to decipher all of your thinking and start to manipulate it. We’re not doing that.

I’m simply bringing the awareness piece to this conversation so that you can start to see, “I’m feeling this way because I’ve been having a lot of thinking about this… I’ve been having stressful, anxious, and fearful thinking.” You might be able to pinpoint that thinking.

Now, here’s just a quick tip: you may not be able to pinpoint the exact thought that created it. You may need to look a little deeper. Why? Because thought is energy and sometimes it’s just going to float up in your consciousness and leave a feeling behind but you will not have seen the thought.

Why is it important to know as you are building your business? Well, imagine that you were free from your fears. Imagine you can create from a place of innate well-being, calm serenity, inner knowing, grounding, expansiveness, and creative flow.
