Last night, I hosted a live, in-person mastermind for a small group of women entrepreneurs at a gourmet restaurant in town.

The idea was to create an experience completely OPPOSITE of the usual network events where the music is loud, the ambiance tacky and the wine…cheap. #yuk

I wanted these extraordinary women to gather in an intimate, elegant setting where the lights were dimmed, the candles lit, the food paired with the perfect wine and the service…exquisite.

They shared their visions for themselves, their business and the world. (Impacting the world in a positive way was a recurring theme amongst all women present, which is kind of incredible, if you ask me.)

Each also shared her unique genius – that special gift that enables her to truly impact her clients – which, turns out, is also what makes her business stand out.

It was powerful to see.

Everyone left feeling inspired, uplifted and, most of all, grateful for the new friendships.

One of the things that really struck me that night is that women on the path to accelerated success all work with a coach or mentor.  They make sure to ask for help when they need it and they surround themselves with inspiring leaders in their field. The ones stuck in a rut are doing it alone.

Doing it alone is the hardest way to go about building a business.

Why?

Cause you don’t have anyone to bounce around ideas with, to call you on your bullshit when you’re playing small or to snap you out of an unhelpful state of mind.

Because the mind easily gets caught in a loop of thinking the same thing over and over and over again, and to create a lasting change your life, you need an insight.

And the fastest way to have powerful, life-changing insights is to be in conversations with someone who will see WHERE you’re stuck and show you HOW to get the energy moving again.

I talk about the power of insights in these videos, but basically, an insight triggers a shift of consciousness that impacts your energy instantly and propels you “upwards” to where you get a brand new (higher) perspective on your situation. It’s kinda like an INSTANT energetic change.

Once you have an insight about yourself, a behavior, a belief, a situation…fresh new thinking comes POURING IN, you see CLEARLY the direction you need to take and, without any effort, you start taking massive action.

Then, slowly but surely, momentum takes over, and your business, project or idea suddenly has a life of its own. And then, you’re off to the races.

Last week, I opened up spots for one-on-one coaching, so if you’re sick and tired of doing it alone, now’s the time to do something about it.

I call this 8-week coaching experience “Shattering Your Glass Ceiling.” You can learn more about it here: http://carolinefrenette.com/shatter-the-glass-ceiling/.

Bottom line, the one thing that successful women do differently? They don’t do it alone.

Send me an email to schedule a Skype or phone chat and we’ll talk about how together we can create velocity in your business.

PS: If you’ve had enough of sitting on the sidelines, and you wanna get IN THE GAME of life and finally do what it takes to succeed as an entrepreneur, I’m your gal.

In the last 3 years, I’ve worked with hundreds of women entrepreneurs, and those who committed to doing the work (and the work is more fun than you think, -name-, especially when the money comes pouring in) created concrete results.

2PS: My client Brigitte says coaching with me was “the BEST investment I’ve ever made for my business,” and she’s not kidding.

She showed up powerfully and did the work, which for her meant getting out of her comfort zone to launch her new website, reach out to new clients (and make them fall in love with her work), write 2 books, create her own trademark system, organize a fashion show for a great cause, renew her pilot’s license and renovate her house.

Yes, she’s busy.  But you know what she said to me last week? That she doesn’t feel overwhelmed thanks to the inside-out understanding she learned coaching with me.

Now that’s what I’m talking about.
